A little bit about us...

Calen Chapman
Project Manager

Calen started working with the Chico Economic Development Corporation. Over the years Calen has stayed involved with economic development groups in the community and when the opportunity arose for someone to develop the first ever Chico Economic Index™, he was on it. With a passion for data and a strong entrepreneurial spirit, he decided to take these reports to other communities that can receive the same successful results that Chico has noticed. 

Heidi Musick
Project Manager

Heidi is a major asset to our team. She brings a vast amount of business experience with a proven record of success. She has a strong entrepreneurial spirit which she has used to start and grow her very own successful business from the ground up. Heidi joined the team as our Project Manager to provide oversight and management to our process, making sure each individual report we deliver to our clients is on time and is of the highest quality.

Data and Design Expert

Jeya is extremely talented at everything he does, but his strong passion and talent for data and design is a perfect match for our team.  He has a ton of data and design experience which he uses to help analyze information with our programs and makes sure the results are plugged into the new reports perfectly. He has also built up his own consulting business over the years, with many happy clients. We are very lucky to have him on our team!
